Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our handmade decoupage and artisanal collections.
How are your decoupage items made?
Each piece is handmade in our New York City studio using 19th-century imagery, hand-blown glass, and a traditional decoupage technique. Due to this artisanal process, slight variations in color and finish are to be expected and celebrated.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship orders via UPS within the contiguous United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing in-stock items. Custom or backordered items may have longer lead times as noted on the product page.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. Please note that custom orders, furniture, and apothecary items are final sale.
How should I care for my John Derian glass pieces?
Our decoupage glass is for decorative use only. To clean, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse in water or use chemical cleaners, as this may damage the paper backing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our website only processes orders within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our New York shop directly to discuss shipping options and quotes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
