Returns & Exchanges

At John Derian Company, we take pride in the unique nature of our handmade goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any items back to our studio.

  • 2.
    Pack Securely

    Carefully wrap the items in their original packaging materials to prevent breakage, as fragile decoupage and ceramics must arrive undamaged to qualify for a refund.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the return label and ship the package using a trackable method; please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
